Push / Move doman from other LogicBoxes customer account

Only COM / NET / INFO / ORG can be moved within NEO resellers / customers The following can be moved within any of the LogicBoxes platform resellers / customers : BIZ / US 1.) Login to the control panel with the URL given, if you do not know the password, use the "Lost Password" feature and the password will be mailed to the registrant. 2.) At this point you can send this email to me (this is you the reseller) and I can do the rest for you, or, log into the control panel 3.) Click Products >> List Last 10 Domains if you only have 1 or 2, otherwise put the domain in the Jump To box in the middle of the screen and select "Domain registration service" from the dropdown and press blue >> 4.) Click Domain name - Click here to manage (if you used List Last 10 Domains) 5.) Right hand side corner of the page, click "Move Service" 6.) Fill in the Customer ID of ******** (number) and the email address of ****@****.*** << Reseller you create him an account on your control panel under Customers >> List (if you tried this transfer from AWBS/WHMCS then it should already be there) and replace the *** with the credentials 7.) Click the box to tick it for retaining all ownership details 8.) Click Move service button then confirm on next page The domain will then be pushed/moved to the new account. | |
