You would do this yourself as a reseller or the customer can do this :

Here is a link on the full steps : http://manage.netearthone.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq1322.html

Here is a quick howto :

The process listed below can be initiated only from within the Customer Control Panel, since the Customer is considered to be the owner of the domain name.

1. Login to your Control Panel (AS THE CUSTOMER), search for the .UK domain name that you wish to Transfer away and go to the Order Details view. Click here to read how >> "http://manage.netearthone.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq432.html"

2. Click the Release/Transfer-Out link.

3. You need to provide the Tag of the New Registrar to whom you wish to Transfer your .UK domain name. A Tag is an alphanumeric string used to identify a .UK Registrar. The Tag can be obtained by contacting the New Registrar/Service Provider under whom you wish to have your domain name transferred.

4. Proceed further to initiate the Transfer away process.

As the reseller, you have the option to get a temporary set of Customer credentials to perform this, go to the customer in NEO, click "Generate Temp Password" use the URL, username and temp pass to login, start then from step 1 above.

The domain will then be released within 24 hours, but normally it should be released within a couple.
