Approver email is not available

SSLReseller certificate issuance when a domain is NOT under NetEarth One.

When a DV SSL certificate order is processed, an email needs to be sent to the approver address, or email address gained by WHOIS lookup.

In certain circumstances the email address either may not exist or is inaccessible, in this instance we have a work around. As long as a page can be created and uploaded to the site, we can use this page to prove control of the domain and therefore allow the approver email address to be changed.

What you need to do:

1. Create an html page and upload to your website off of root
2. The page contents should have something like "Hello GlobalSign" in it.
3. Send the URL, email address and the OrderID to “support [at] sslreseller.com” and we will then take it from there.

The email address on the order will be changed, and a new approver email sent to the email address given in 3 above.
